Edward Li completely his undergraduate at Furman University in Greenville, SC with a bachelor's in Physics. Edward has been actively involved in a variety of biomedical research and has coauthored several research papers. He is currently a project manager for Q&Aid's marketing and financial department. 

After 1997, graduated from Dalian Jiaotong University in quality management work, work during Parker, many times to the United States and South Korea's outstanding learning facility manufacturing operations management, application of quality tools, Lean tools to lead the team for continuous improvement and elimination of waste, the company 6 Sigma advocates and practitioners. It allows the company to reduce manufacturing costs, quality costs, shorten product delivery cycle to benefit significantly.

Currently engaged in consulting and training, assistance, counseling users in various industries and improving business processes combing theoretical system uses quality, lean manufacturing and combining personal experience, results of operations played a significant role in the client upgrade.

Zhican Qu, Ph.D. 

Founder and President

Dr. Zhican Qu is a well-established scientist with more than twenty years of experience in biomedical research. She served as an adjunct faculty member at the Comprehensive Cancer Center of the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB).

Dr. Qu earned her Ph.D. in life sciences at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD, after receiving her BS and MS degrees in physics from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. She completed her postdoctoral training at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO. She then went on to be a senior principal investigator at Southern Research Institute (SRI) and led a research laboratory for more than ten years.


One of her research projects focused on tumor angiogenesis for the purpose of developing anti-cancer therapies. She also started the SRI Angiogenesis Program, in which she conducted biological evaluation of anti-cancer drug candidates and provided consultation to the pharmaceutical industry. Dr. Qu has published many research papers and holds several patents in the United States and other countries. She currently researches medicinal herbs for anti-cancer properties.
